Many students, especially those from underserved or underrepresented backgrounds, often shy away from pursuing careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Computer Science due to anxiety around academic performance and standardized test scores. 

C-STEAM responds to this challenge by placing character at the center of learning.
