Next Academy Enrollment Criteria
Overview
Next Academy is an independent school serving students in grades K-8. Enrollment is open to all eligible students in accordance with the school's admissions policies and applicable Florida laws and regulations governing private educational institutions. Next Academy does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, religion, or any other protected status in its admissions process.
Eligibility Requirements
To enroll at Next Academy, students must:
- Reside in the state of Florida
- Meet age requirements for the applicable grade level
- Submit a completed enrollment application by the stated deadline

Application Process
- Complete the online enrollment application during the open enrollment period
- Submit all required documents (proof of age, residency, immunization records, etc.)
- Receive confirmation of application submission

Admission Process
Next Academy admits students in grades K-8 on a rolling basis, subject to space availability and completion of the admissions process. Families interested in enrollment must submit an application and participate in the school's admissions procedures.
Enrollment decisions are made without discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, religion, or any other protected status. Because enrollment is limited, applications are encouraged as early as possible.
Enrollment Preferences
As permitted by Florida law, Next Academy may give enrollment preference to:
- Siblings of currently enrolled students
- Children of Next Academy employees or board members
- Students residing within a designated geographic preference area (if applicable and approved)
Required Documentation
Upon acceptance, families must provide:
- Proof of residency
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records (Florida Form DH 680)
- School records/transcripts (if applicable)
Waitlist Policy
If the number of qualified applicants exceeds available space in a particular grade level, students will be placed on a waitlist in the order in which completed applications are received.
